The Stabilized Enchanter is used to apply standard enchantments to equipment and tools. 
Unlike a standard enchanting table, it allows you to select the specific enchantment 
you want from its interface.

## Requirements

To operate, the enchanter needs both energy and souls from nearby 
[arcane catalysts](@oritech:enchantment_catalyst_block).

- **Energy**: Consumes **512 RF/t** while active.
- **Souls**: The enchanter does not store souls. It must be within **16 blocks** of 
one or more catalysts that contain souls.
- **Catalyst Count**: Higher level enchantments require more active catalysts nearby, and consume more souls. 
The number of catalysts required is the enchantment's base cost plus the target level.

## Operation

1. Place the item to be enchanted in the left slot.
2. Open the GUI and select the desired enchantment.
3. If enough energy and nearby catalysts are available, the process will begin.
4. Once finished, the enchanted item will move to the right output slot.

The time required to complete an enchantment increases with the enchantment's level 
and rarity.
