The Steam Boiler Addon is used to convert generators from
direct electricity production to steam generation.

**Steam Generation**

When attached to a generator (such as the
[Fuel Generator](@oritech:fuel_generator_block)), it modifies the
machine to consume fuel and water to produce high-pressure steam
instead of RF.

Water must be pumped into the boiler addon, and the generated steam can
then be extracted and used to power
[Steam Engines](@oritech:steam_engine_block) or other steam-driven systems.
This is often more efficient for large-scale energy networks.
