Very effective for sticky status effects that refuse to be healed with milk.

- causes max amount of exhaustion (40 points, essentially consumes saturation)

- converts [Wither Skeleton](@minecraft:wither_skeleton) into [Skeleton](@minecraft:skeleton)
- removes forced age from [ageable mobs](@minecraft:breeding#Ageable)
