# Guapote

The *Guapote* is a small, passive freshwater fish added as an ambient creature.
It brings extra life to rivers, lakes, and ponds, swimming in small groups and adding movement to aquatic environments.

## Appearance
- Small, streamlined fish with subtle patterning and rounded fins
- Typically swims in short bursts and changes direction quickly
- In-game size: **1 block long** and **1 block tall**

## Behavior
- **Passive**: Will never attack the player
- Swims calmly in groups and avoids predators
- Prefers shallow freshwater areas
- Occasionally performs quick darting movements when startled

## Obtaining
Guapote spawns naturally in rivers and swamps.

## Diet
- **Omnivore**: feeds on small invertebrates, algae, and plant matter
- Forages along the riverbed and mid-water column
