The hand drill is an unbreakable tool that works like both 
a pickaxe and a shovel. It uses energy to mine blocks 
quickly.

### Features

- **Pickaxe & Shovel**: The drill automatically works on 
  any block that normally needs a pickaxe or a shovel.
- **Harvesting**: It is also very good at harvesting 
  **Amethyst Clusters** and other cluster-based blocks.
- **Enchanting**: It supports standard enchantments like 
  Efficiency, Fortune, and Silk Touch. Unbreaking 
  makes it use less energy.

### Charging

You can charge the drill in a [charger](@oritech:charger_block) 
or by wearing an [exo chestplate](@oritech:exo_chestplate). 

If the drill runs out of energy, it mines very slowly.
