The **Stem-Encased Comparator** is a [Scoochstem](@critterworks:scoochstem) that reads the fullness of any Scoochworm storage attachment currently passing over it.

It produces a stronger redstone signal as the attachment fills, just like a Comparator reading a container. If several attached segments are on the block at once, it uses the strongest signal.

Craft one by combining a Scoochstem with a Comparator. Its faces can be enabled and disabled with an axe in the same way as ordinary Scoochstem.
