The Advanced Incubator is basically an upgraded version of the Incubator, able to do everything it can and more.

The Advanced Incubator has a low temperature mode, which can be toggled in its GUI. This is required for certain recipes, especially those involving GMO Cells.

These recipes are much slower, and have a chance of failure. This chance is increased the more Overclockers are installed.

However, the chance of failure is decreased by inserting Chorus Fruit.

By hovering over the ingredients while in the GUI, you can see the exact chance of success, including any modifiers from Overclockers or Chorus Fruit.
