Type: manual_labour:mortar_mixing
This takes a list of item ingredients plus an optional sized fluid ingredient. You can also specify an optional processing_time, an optional fluid_results array (see Mortar Fluids), and an optional heat_requirement.
heat_requirement is either none (the default) or heated. A heated recipe only runs with a lit block from the #manual_labour:heat_sources tag under the Mortar, or a lit Blaze Burner if you have Create. A Mortar cannot reach superheated, so recipes asking for it never run in one.
If you have Create installed, this falls back to the Mechanical Mixer for both unheated and heated recipes. This can be toggled using use_create_mixing_recipes.

A recipe can also consume one fluid and produce a different one. The ingredient is taken from the input tank and the result is placed in the output tank. Any fluid id works here:
