On the 1.19.2 version of Create+, You need at least around 3.5GB of RAM to run the game somewhat smoothly. Anywhere below that and the performance you'll get degrades exponentially, no matter how high end your system is. If you have the RAM, I recommend allocating anywhere from 4.5GB to 6.5GB.
Why did I give a range? Well, the RAM to allocate to Create+ kind of depends on your system and things like RAM speed, however you shouldn't need more than 6.5GB of ram, as performance can degrade if you allocate too much. It also depends on whether or not you are playing on servers, as if you play exclusively on servers, you can get away with allocating less RAM if your system has limited resources.
I reccomend 5.5GB of ram as a good sweet spot on this version, and closer to 6.5 if you don't like how fast the RAM allocation builds up when you open f3.

This means you don't have the right amount of RAM set to run Create+ properly. If you think this isn't the case, just press the "Stop showing this" button.

These instructions assume you installed Create+ with the Modrinth App
- Open the Modrinth App
- Find Create+ and click it (not the play button, the pack itself).
- Once it opens up another page, go to the right of the play button and press the settings button
- Go to "Java and memory"
- Click the checkbox for "Custom memory allocation"
- Change the amount of memory to the suggested amount (or somewhat close to it)
- Go back and launch Create+ :)
