Second Chance is a mob effect you get from the Potion of Second Chance, which you get by brewing an Enchanted Golden Apple into a Potion of Instant Healing II.
If you die while you have Second Chance, you are brought back to life with full health and Weakness for 10 seconds. You can only use Second Chance a single time each life.
