Power is produced, distributed, and consumed by factory buildings.

Differences From Other Mods

Power exists as Megawatts (MW) rather than traditional Forge Energy (FE), and is not compatible with other mods' systems. It also is not produced nor consumed as "x amount per tick" like how FE in other mods generally works.

Much like Satisfactory, a power-producing building provides a constant source of power which is simply added to the grid as long as it's active. Power-consuming buildings operate in the same way; as long as the total active consumption (in MW) is less than the total active production, the power grid is satisfied, and everything runs smoothly.

Power Connections

Cables are used to connect buildings to a power grid. They do not have a per-tick throughput; rather, power travels instantaneously across the entire grid with no limits.
