The Sparkpollen Pouch marks the blocks that a Sparkbug Bush uses to transfer FE.
Use the pouch on a Sparkbug Bush to bind it. Once bound, use it on a face of a block with an FE connection to add a Sparkpollen Point for that face.
Sneak and use the pouch in the air to switch between its two modes:

Use the pouch on an already marked face to remove that point. Hold a pouch bound to the bush to see its points.
