The Eat Grass Gene allows the player to right-click Grass Blocks with an empty hand to consume them, restoring 1 health and 1 saturation.

Grass Blocks and Mycelium will be turned into Dirt. Nylium of both varieties will be turned into Netherrack.

Eating grass also has some unique interactions with the Wooly and Cringe Genes...
