Obsidian Skull - Irregular Implements

The Obsidian Skull has a chance of negating fire damage while in your inventory.

The more damage that would have been taken, the higher the chance of negation. The exact formula is:

(damage ^ 3) / 100

The Obsidian Skull Ring does the exact same, but can be worn in a Curio slot.
