Finding Oil

Large oil reservoirs can be found on the surface, where they appear as oil gushing from the ground.

Oil deposits are much more common in desert biomes, so deserts are the best place to look.

Extraction

Oil can be collected with buckets or pumped directly using a Pump. Once extracted, it can be stored in tanks and sent to a refinery for processing.
