Palaeoloxodon, meaning "ancient straight-tusked elephant," is a genus of extinct elephant from the Pleistocene of Europe and Asia.
The dwarf island form, P. falconeri, is one of the most extreme examples of insular dwarfism ever recorded shrinking from a mainland ancestor over 4 meters tall down to less than 1 meter at the shoulder.

Appearance

• Compact, heavily built elephant with four stout pillar-like legs and a broad rectangular body
• Short, downward-curved trunk compared to modern elephants
• Both sexes share the same uniform medium grey coat with subtle darker shading across the back and sides
• Male: Features a prominent pair of long, forward-sweeping ivory-white tusks
• Female: Tuskless, otherwise identical in build and coloration to the male
• In-game size: 2 blocks long and 1 block tall

Behavior

• Neutral: Will not attack unless provoked; once agitated, will charge and attack the offending player or mob
• Despite its small stature, it is surprisingly aggressive when threatened do not underestimate it
• Moves in a slow, plodding gait while passive

Obtaining

Palaeoloxodon does not spawn naturally. To obtain one, you must:

1. Find Palaeoloxodon Remains or fossils
2. Use the fossil revival process to create a Palaeoloxodon
3. Born from a Gestation Chamber (not yet possible)
