The Syringe is used to hold blood, which is the primary medium for injecting Genes into a host. Only the blood's owner will be able to accept the Genes contained within it.

Hold right-click to use the syringe, extracting some of your own blood.

It will be contaminated, requiring decontamination in a Blood Purifier before it can be used.

Then, place it into a Plasmid Injector to inject completed Plasmids into it.

Each completed Plasmid contains a Gene, which will be given to you upon re-injecting the blood. You can have as many Plasmids injected into the Syringe as you like.

Once you have a Syringe with injected Plasmids, use the Syringe again to re-inject the blood back into yourself, granting you the Genes contained within.
