Full Cowl

Gives your own body a physical boost that lasts until you drink milk, cast Cure, or sleep through the night. It affects only you.

The boost covers damage resistance, extra hearts, movement speed, attack damage and speed, jump height and step height, mining speed, safe fall distance, reach and more, and everything scales with the level. For example, level I is 5% damage resistance, 4 extra hearts, +20% speed and +1 attack damage. Level X is a separate, much larger row, and shrugs off all damage.

While it is active it eats your hunger, then your hearts. Casting again replaces the previous level, which is the one way to step down without milk. Costs soul.
