The storage network. Draw it on a chest, barrel or other inventory and it joins your network, and all your marked inventories act as one pool. Draw it on glass and you have a tank for fluids and gases; connected glass blocks of the same kind add up to a bigger tank.
Mana gems kept in a marked inventory also supply mana to your circles.
The level only sets the reach, from a single block at level 1 up to a disc 19 blocks across at level 10. It costs upkeep and no working mana.
