Throwing Rituals

Recipe files go in data/<namespace>/recipe/, with "type": "isekubed:ritual_throw".

Fields

FieldAlways presentDescription
typeyesAlways isekubed:ritual_throw.
inputsyesList of inputs. Each entry is either a bare ingredient (an item id string, an ingredient object, or a #tag) or an object with item (item id, ingredient or tag), optional components (partial data-component match), optional consumed (boolean, default true; false makes the input a catalyst that must be present but is kept) and optional ink (positive integer: ink a magic pen must hold to match, drained on completion). The first entry is the thrown subject and cannot be a catalyst.
circlenoOptional circle id. When present the block the item lands on must carry that circle.
input_countnoInteger, default 1. How many of the thrown item one output costs.
outputnoItem stack object (id, optional count, optional components). Optional, default empty; a recipe that uses carry may omit it.
durationyesInteger, in ticks. How long the item must lie on the circle before the ritual completes.
carrynoOptional object that copies data from an input onto the output: input (integer index into inputs), optional merge (a data-component patch applied to the output) and optional copy_from (object with input, an index, and components, a list of component type ids to copy across).
stamp_levelnoBoolean, default false. When true the output records the level of the circle the ritual ran on in its item-level component.
bind_output_to_payernoBoolean, default false. When true the output is bound to whoever paid the ritual, so the soul pickup rule applies to it.
soul_tollnoOptional object { "to_tier": <tier name>, "into_tier_bp": <integer, at least 1> }. Charges the payer by bringing their soul down to a position inside the named tier, given in basis points (hundredths of a percent) of that tier. Omit to charge no soul.
blocknoOptional block state ({ "Name": "minecraft:stone" }, with optional Properties). When present the host block must match it. Usually omitted because the circle is the requirement.
multipliernoInteger, default 1. A ritual costs its duration times the circle's working mana cost; this multiplies that.
soundnoOptional sound event id played at the block when the ritual completes.
