Dilophosaurus was a medium-sized theropod from the Early Jurassic period, discovered in what is now the southwestern United States.
It is most recognizable for the pair of distinctive crests on its head, which were likely used for display or species recognition.
Evidence suggests Dilophosaurus may have been a scavenger or opportunistic predator. Contrary to popular depictions, there is no evidence of venom or a neck frill.

Appearance

• Slender body with long legs adapted for running
• Pair of thin, arched crests on the skull
• Sharp teeth and claws suited for opportunistic predation
• In-game size: up to 4 blocks in length and 2 blocks in height

Behavior

• Hostile: Attacks players and other mobs on sight
• May hunt smaller creatures or scavenge remains
• Displays aggressive territorial behavior

Obtaining

Dilophosaurus does not spawn naturally. To obtain one, you must:

1. Find Dilophosaurus Remains or fossils
2. Use the fossil revival process to create a Dilophosaurus
3. Hatch from an Alligator Egg type egg

• Carnivore: feeds on meat sources
• Opportunistic predator, may scavenge when hunting is not possible
