Herrerasaurus is a genus of early saurischian dinosaur from the Late Triassic period. Measuring around 6 m (20 ft) long and weighing roughly 350 kg (770 lb), it is one of the earliest dinosaurs known from the fossil record. Its name means "Herrera's lizard", honoring the rancher who discovered its remains.

Appearance

• Slender, agile theropod with a long tail for balance
• Narrow skull with sharp, serrated teeth suited for slicing prey
• Strong hind limbs built for sprinting and rapid pursuit
• Short but powerful forelimbs with grasping claws
• In-game size: 10 blocks long and 3 blocks tall

Behavior

• Hostile: Will attack players and most mobs on sight
• Shows aggressive pursuit behavior, chasing prey over long distances
• Prefers open plains and rocky terrain where it can use its speed effectively
• May roar or posture when encountering other predators

Obtaining

Herrerasaurus does not spawn naturally. To obtain one, you must:

1. Find Herrerasaurus Remains or fossils
2. Use the fossil revival process to create a Herrerasaurus
3. Hatch from an Alligator Egg type egg

Diet

• Carnivore: feeds on meat sources
• Hunts small to medium-sized creatures and scavenges when necessary
