Calls a comet of stone, ice and ore down onto the block you aim at. It takes 10 seconds to fall, at every level, and then it lands: first with nine explosions, one at the impact point and eight around it, then as a ball of real blocks you can mine, set into the crater.
Higher levels mean a bigger blast and a bigger ball, and the mix shifts from stone toward ore the higher you go. The explosions only break terrain if the server allows spells to break blocks; the ball arrives either way. Costs soul. There is no Comet I or II, the first level is III.
