Pattern Blue

After a charge-up of about 12 seconds, bores a straight, square hole 128 blocks deep into the block you aim at, one layer at a time. It digs in the direction of the face you aimed at, so aiming at the ground digs down. Every mob or player in the hole takes damage once, but never you. Blocks are mined as if with your off-hand pickaxe, as Mine does, and nothing is left lying around: the haul goes into your item network, your bags and your inventory, and whatever none of them will take becomes mana. Bedrock stops only the column it is in.

The level sets the width: level I digs a 1x1 hole, II a 3x3, IV a 7x7, and so on. Damage rises with the level too. Costs soul.
